Exemplary unitas output folders
Below you find original zip-compressed unitas output folders for three NGS datasets depositited at NCBI's Sequence Read Archive. Each folder comprises separate FASTA and INFO files for each small non-coding RNA class that was detected in the dataset.
The main summary file is unitas.sncRNA-annotation.txt which has a graphical counterpart file ncRNA_counts.html.
